Before we undertake any work for any of our clients, there is a process we follow below are what you can look to expect.
1. Initial consultation
This is where you initially contact us to discuss the situation you are in. This is where you will be put through to our chief investigator to discuss the issue in detail. They will explain to you exactly what can and can’t be done to assist you.
2. Agreed Services
Once you have agreed upon the service you wish to proceed with, you are then passed to a case manager. They will collate all of the paperwork which outlines in writing exactly what we will be conducting for you. You need to read and agree that all of the details are correct.
3. Dedicated Case Manager
Once this has been signed, your case manager will then set up the task/s you require, including surveillance, investigations, background checks, among other services.
4. Investigation Completion
